How to Help Children to Cope with Anxiety


Anxiety is a psychological and physiological state characterized by cognitive, somatic, emotional, and behavioral components. These components combine to create an unpleasant feeling that is typically associated with uneasiness (From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia).  Do you experience the difficulty to bring a child to see a dentist or doctor?  Parents sometimes feel helpless when they don’t know how to help their children cope with anxiety of seeing doctors or dentists.
