Helping Children to Cope with Failure

Before parents want to help children to cope with failure, parents need to know your own definition of success. It means different things to different person. What is your measurement yardstick for success. At different point of our lives, our definition of success will change.

Definition of success
What is the definition of success for a student?  It varies from a student to another student.  Therefore, each student has to define success for himself or herself.    Once he or she achieved the goal, he or she considered as success in achieving the goal.  Then, he or she can set a higher and attainable goal next time. If he or she cannot achieve the goal, he or she needs to learn how to face failure or setback in life.
